  2. Add up the totals, then copy and paste the form into an e-mail and send to the Local Distributor of your choice.

  3. The Local Distributor will contact you to confirm your order and will provide details on how to pay.

  4. If you wish to pay by credit card online, you may fill in your credit/debit card details at the end of this form. However, this is not a secure payment method.

  5. Your products will be dispatched after receipt of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery
